“ We are most impressed with the work that was just recently completed on our home air conditioning and heating systems by this GAD team. Our smaller A/C unit had been plagued for some time with problems, in addition to having been in service almost 20 years, and some sort of corrective action was needed. Gerard diagnosed the problem and presented a solution at a reasonable price. As is often the case when a complicated in-home system is having to be taken apart for a specific repair, evidence of unexpected problems can be uncovered and that is what happened at our house. Gerard was tenacious searching for any other related problems with the A/C and heating systems. He found issues that we did not know were affecting the efficiency of our enviornmental systems and obviously could be leading up to what would probably have been a heating system failure. The problems were identified and corrected, again at a reasonable price. I cannot remember ever having contracted anyone to work on this house, or my previous houses, that worked anywhere nearly as hard as Gerard and his men. We are very thankful for all the hard work and creative problem-solving by Gerard and his team.”
